Traffic Lights Offence
It is an offence to go through a traffic light whilst it is displaying anything other than a green light. Normally it is endorseable with a 3 point endorsement on one’s licence although in certain circumstances, such cases can be successfully defended or result in non-endorsement of an individual’s licence. These cases, as with all cases, turn on the individual facts and particularly how the offence is alleged and the strength of the evidence providing the Prosecution case.
