Nick Freeman has been recently interviewed on BBC Radio London as an expert legal commentator regarding cyclists and the law.
The issue Nick was commenting on was the awful road rage incident suffered by the broadcaster, Jeremy Vine.
It had been reported that Mr Vine was riding his bicycle through London when he was verbally abudes by a female motorist.
The incident was recorded by Mr Vine on a Go Pro camera that he was wearing at the time.
Mr Vine not only sent the video to the police but also published in on social media. The video went viral and the incident hit the news headlines.
